Oral Histories in Progress

Are you in the middle of a fascinating oral history project? Why not share some of the highlights thus far on COHA's Oral Histories in Progress Page? It may not be ready for the archives, but you can showcase the project here so that others can anticipate its availability.

Your submission should include a working title, a brief description of the project and its context (100 to 250 words), and your contact information (your contact information will appear on this page unless you specify otherwise). Take a look at some of the fonds in the Guide for examples of brief project descriptions.

Audio excerpts are encouraged (1 to 3 excerpts totalling no more than 30 min in .mp3 format) as well as a picture or two of interviewees/interviewers, the locales where the interviewing is taking place, etc. (in .jpg format, please). Email your submission to oralhistoryguide@uwinnipeg.ca. Audio and image files larger than 10MB each should be burnt to CD and mailed to:
